Mission: Participate in VINCI CONSTRUCTION's strategic project with significant transformation impacts:

The Connect SAGE X3 Project: 2024-2030 50,000 users, 1300 Business Units, 160 deployments, 100 countries

Objective: support business and technical teams in harmonizing their management systems, particularly Sage X3, with a key role in transforming and aligning management tools within VINCI CONSTRUCTION

• Understand the context and history of VINCI Construction

• Master the transformation strategy of the Connect SAGE Project (ERP X3 SAGE) and the challenge of the approach

• Analyze existing systems, particularly Sage X3, to identify areas for improvement and ensure their alignment with business needs.

• Participate in the design and deployment of a harmonized management system

• Lead the transformation of the new VINCI CONSTRUCTION COR (Common Organizational Referential) for the Connect Sage X3 project's trainer training materials: Propose a new Cor SAGE X3 training referential and lead its implementation with all stakeholders: Support IT lead business units and Business Product Owners in producing the new adopted standard: animation materials (SAGE X3 tool adoption support) and operating procedures (SAGE X3 functional support)

• Lead the transformation of technical documents with IT stakeholders and the Change team.

• Conduct an inventory of the existing IT technical documentation (Accounting IT system)

• Develop and manage an action plan to upgrade the existing IT technical documentation to meet the end-to-end requirements of the Connect SAGE X3 project: From the design of IT technical documents to the translation of documents into foreign languages

Conduct the feasibility study and provide recommendations for transferring existing IT documents to the Azure DevOPs tool

Mission: ensure the continuity of the G2S billing economic model following an internal mobility

Objective: guarantee the proper execution of the G2S economic model through the MY ABCM solution

• Ensure the execution of closing and budget re-estimation processes

• Consolidate, analyze, and challenge IT-related costs

• Update allocation keys and associated referentials

• Produce billing per client accurately and rigorously

• Analyze variances and alert in case of budget overruns, implementing necessary corrective measures

• Proactively and effectively manage closing meetings

Mission: provide support for the project to build an IT analysis model using the ABC/CIGREF method, currently under development with the MY ABCM solution (target 2024)

Objective: provide constructive critical analysis for the 2024 target analysis project. Be a source of proposals for the smooth deployment of the model with the MY ABCM solution

• Status review and critical analysis of the economic performance analysis model using the ABC/CIGREF method currently under development,

• Draft a governance proposal for the new target analysis model in the specific context of BPCE-IT,

• Project Management & Organization: assist in the development of the test plan and acceptance of MY ABCM.

• Change Management: develop a pedagogical guide on the paradigm shift from full cost management to the ABC method (target 2024) for users in the DFI (CGO) and operational departments

• Assistance in verifying consistency between the two economic models (existing and target 2024),

• Propose the development of new KPIs and reporting statements.
