Key responsibilities: support clients in coaching programs design and implementation; act as an expertadvisor and contributor and advise on best-practice coaching solutions to organizational challengesand transformations; create and deliver workshops and webinars on leadership development topicsrelevant to local markets and clients; represent CoachHub as a speaker at various industry events intalks, workshops and webinars.

In charge of the HR processes related to Talent Management, Learning & Development and OD.

Key responsibilities/ projects: annual talent review agenda; strategic succession planning; high profiles development plans; 360 degree feedback implementation; executive coaching; career counseling; leadership programs development; e-learning implementation and content curation, particularly on digital and customer centricity skills; engagement surveys management; diversity & inclusion overall agenda; talent acquistion.

Scope: Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile.
