Eleonore Maly

I've been working in events for about ten years now, primarily as an event manager and hostess, for professional, corporate, and cultural events.

As an event manager, I ensure the smooth running of the event, regardless of the venue and its constraints. I manage on-site relationships and coordination with service providers, the installation and dismantling of spaces, and I'm committed to solving problems in real-time with seriousness and precision.

In parallel, I've had many assignments as a hostess: welcoming the public, managing cloakrooms, guiding guests, acting as a runner, or accompanying VIPs in venues like the Stade de France or the Philharmonie de Paris.

Outside of events, I am a freelance author and lyricist, artistic director, and community manager. I have a background in fashion design, communication, and marketing (IFM and Atelier Chardon Savard), which greatly informs my perspective on image, venues, and guest experience.

I particularly enjoy dynamic environments where I need to be attentive to detail and able to adapt quickly. I would be delighted to join your teams to contribute to the successful running of your events.
