Within the temporary employment department, I was responsible for recruiting sales profiles, managers, and store managers for prestigious brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché, and Printemps Haussmann, as well as for numerous Parisian luxury stores.

I managed the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to employee integration: defining the profiles sought, sourcing, headhunting, phone and video pre-qualification, conducting interviews, presenting candidates, and monitoring recruitment.

In parallel, I handled all HR administration related to temporary employment: drafting employment contracts, monitoring employees administratively, coordinating payroll information, and verifying file compliance.

Acting as a true interface between managers, temporary employment agencies, and candidates, I ensured fluid, responsive, and high-quality recruitment in demanding environments where deadlines were often very tight.
