Coordination of arrivals and departures of accredited individuals (athletes, COJO members, media, etc.) at the 5 activated Parisian stations, in close collaboration with the Paris 2024 Operational Functions teams (Transport, Village, Travel, A&D) as well as external partners (SNCF, police, SUGE, international delegations).

Design and implementation of transport solutions considering flow management, parking, accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and high crowds in central urban areas.

Management of a team of 10 coordinators during the Games, ensuring the smooth operation of activities in the 5 Parisian stations and coordination with transport teams and volunteers.

Recruitment, training, and management of a team of 200 volunteers, including onboarding and handling unforeseen events (cancellations, site preferences).

Daily operational management: planning, incident resolution (vehicle delays, communication between operational teams, urgent requests), and ensuring the safety of delegations and teams.

Complete management of events (scenography, venue selection, catering, music, security) in line with the artistic identity of the promoted products, for press, general public, and influencers.

Organization of events for up to 6,000 participants, ranging from one evening to four days, for SMEs and CAC40 companies in the luxury, fashion, beauty, and design sectors.

Responding to tenders: venue research, creative concept development, budget estimation, and negotiation with service providers.

Logistical coordination: management of production schedules, planning, and on-site supervision (up to 30 service providers).
