I approach product strategy like a PO: defining the vision, identifying opportunities, building the roadmap, and arbitrating priorities by cross-referencing user problems, business stakes, and technical constraints. I work in tandem with PMs/POs to transform this strategy into concrete, deliverable solutions.

I have a strong ability to understand complex domains, regardless of the field, and to transform this understanding into clear user journeys and visual syntheses.

I then translate this strategic vision into very concrete actions: joining a design team for a specific scope (Sanofi, 1.5 years; Criteo, 2 years), or structuring a design practice from scratch — rituals, work allocation, Design System roadmap (Deepki, Preligens). Comfortable with complexity and platforms where users interact with data.

"Everything designer" for start-ups (branding, marketing site, platform - RelevanC, BayDay). Experience in agencies, research (Sciences Po Medialab, Fundació Barcelona Media, University of Amsterdam), and teaching (Ironhack Paris).
