    @bibiworldorg specializes in organizing very diverse events, especially musical events in Paris (Caribbean music).

    The objective we had: to increase the number of clients and create adapted content for social networks.

    Organizing a great party and creating beautiful memories: this is a challenge that goes beyond marketing. But we succeeded!

    ▪️ Initial objectives

    The founder of Bibiworld approached me because he needed a team that would be responsible for visual communication on social networks.


    We decided to increase our presence on social networks: TikTok and Snapchat.


    ▪️ What did we do?

    We started publishing content more regularly and using new formats: Reels.


    A new section was introduced in Stories: snippets of very popular songs.


    For event promotion, we used several visual formats: posts, stories, reels, posters, flyers. As well as advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.


    The most successful content format: a video with a person presenting the event.

    Thanks to increased engagement and reach, as well as attractive and sales-oriented content, we were able to considerably increase ticket sales, and the work continues!

    The client, a French startup in sales, delivery, and installation of acoustic booths, approached us with a specific request: to find an optimal promotion strategy for their budget and resource capabilities.

    What did we do?

    First, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the target audience and then a competitive analysis to understand the acoustic booth market. This is a high-tech accessory that requires specific expertise for assembly and whose prices start from 4,000 euros (in our client's case).

    It is extremely difficult to sell this product exclusively online because potential customers want the opportunity to see the booth in person. My client did not have a physical showroom, so we had to proceed using all digital marketing channels.

    We developed a tailored strategy for this type of product on social media.

    We also organized a mystery shopper to observe competitors and better understand their sales funnel and the specifics of selling in this field.

    The website was optimized and modified according to our recommendations, with the goal of facilitating the customer journey and highlighting the advantages of our client's company.

    The next step was to develop a communication strategy on social media, and later we launched the advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram.

    Results

    Thanks to all the preliminary work done, we were able to find 10 potential clients interested in purchasing acoustic booths. This is an excellent result, considering that the price of a booth starts from 4,000 euros.
