    As part of a health prevention initiative, a Parisian luxury hotel engaged my expertise to support its employees – facing demanding schedules, shift work, and high expectations – on the theme of sleep and recovery.

    🎤 Two intervention components:

    Interactive conferences on sleep mechanisms, the impact of stress, and best practices for maintaining restorative sleep despite specific professional constraints.

    Individual appointments: personalized advice and implementation of practical tools from sophrology and NLP (breathing, body anchoring, micro-breaks, rumination management…).

    As part of their quality of life at work policy, I was contacted by P&G to work with employees over two days dedicated to stress prevention and the promotion of mental well-being.

    🔎 Mission Objective:

    Conduct confidential individual interviews to assess employees' stress levels.

    Identify sources of tension (mental load, workload, etc.).

    Provide each person with personalized tools to better manage daily stress: breathing, body anchoring, active micro-breaks, refocusing techniques from sophrology and NLP.

    💡 Strengths of the intervention:

    An active and non-judgmental listening approach, conducive to open communication.

    Immediate adaptation to individual needs, with concrete and directly applicable solutions.

    A pragmatic approach, respectful of company culture, enabling employees to better understand themselves and prevent burnout.
