Who Am I?

I am passionate about people in the professional sphere with more than 10 years of experience in human resources in the technology sector. In 2018, I started working as a freelancer, an exciting challenge that I embrace every day with great enthusiasm. I like to define myself as a digital nomad who loves to self-organize her time and work. Definitely, I am a happier person.

What Value Can I Bring You?

My job is to find the best talent for internet companies, startups, and/or companies whose product depends on technology. I not only like to find the best candidates, but also ensure they fit perfectly into the company culture. I focus primarily on techies but I'm up for anything! I also take care to look after my clients and candidates, making my collaborations a differentiating experience.

I also love contributing to other HR areas by providing consulting services, improving processes, and delivering training on employer branding, recruitment in general, LinkedIn, etc.

And finally, when I'm not looking for professionals, I help and guide people who are actively seeking employment, whatever their area of expertise. I enjoy participating in round tables and conferences to build community and share experiences.
