I am a professional individual and team coach and an organizational development consultant.

Multicultural and multilingual, I draw on my 12 years of experience in France and internationally, as an NGO leader and entrepreneur. As a manager, I supported my employees in developing their skills and professional paths. As a leader, I built a collective project around shared values and a mission, uniting a diversity of stakeholders.
