Reporting to the Technical and Customer & Innovation Department, the main mission is to implement and develop production analysis systems on data projects up to usable by the company.

Missions:

- Design, test, deliver target datasets (datamarts, cubes, reports/dashboards)

- Use and implement guidelines on data storage, datamart modeling, cubes and reports/dashboards, and technology usage (AAS, DAX, PBI, etc.)

- Resolve and meet business needs with appropriate analytical solutions

- Perform technical and functional demonstrations for end-users

- Assist in defining and deploying governance/roles (data domains, KPIs)

- Validate and stamp reports or datasets regarding quality, design, and maintainability

Reporting to the Strategy Department, the main tasks revolve around supporting end-customers from the implementation of technological solutions to the creation of measurable KPIs to help them gain real business value in terms of post-sales customer satisfaction.

Missions:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex data storage (Excel, Salesforce, JDE, ERP, MS Access)

- Analyze MDM in Power BI to improve user data quality

- Monitor data quality indicators through interactive reports with Power BI

- Project management for ongoing tasks (ClickUp, Teams)

- Survey administrator to improve the company's NPS score

- Track customer progress and interact with end-users (AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC)

Focus on two main projects with data entry, management, and inventory tasks, as well as operations primarily dealing with data warehousing and real-time reporting.

Missions:

- Supervise and verify data entry to check process validity

- Enter and extract data from various sources

- Financial reporting and tracking of invoices & accounting operations

- Create and manage sales reports in Power BI

- Data modeling with SSAS and SQL queries

- Support clients and participate in meetings
