Participation in the recruitment of front-of-house and kitchen teams (15 people) and coordination of the front-of-house team: management of schedules. Negotiation of supplier prices and management of front-of-house and bar supply orders, with development of cocktails tailored to B2B and B2C events.

Strategic mission as part of the takeover of Chalet des Îles. Responsibilities: Redefinition of the event positioning according to group strategy. Management of client transition between the old and new structure. Sales reporting and performance monitoring. Support for team integration.

Definition of the event strategy. Business development, planning, and coordination of events. Achievements: Planning and coordination of approximately 300 B2B and B2C events (from 15 to 300 people) per year with revenue growth to €1.9M. Prospecting and customer loyalty. Coordination of service providers and teams (30-40 people) during events. Development and complete management of the quote-contract cycle and client follow-up for 120 files. Accounting follow-up of client invoicing.
