With 11 years of experience in an international company, my role was to administer the group's internal applications end-to-end: Requirements gathering, participation in tenders, implementation/development, testing, deployment, support. Evolving in a constantly changing environment (mergers/acquisitions of multiple companies) and Anglo-Saxon (9 subsidiaries in 8 different countries), the challenges were commensurate with the group's dynamism: resource pooling, unification/convergence of business processes, variety of issues and environments, change management, cultural differences.
