About Eléa

Innovation project manager for large groups, I decided to leave my job to embark on the entrepreneurial adventure and create Happy Home, a well-being event organization company. After a year, I decided to stop my activity for several reasons, and to invest myself in a project that is close to my heart: entrepreneurship and business development.

General Delegate of Premières Occitanie for 1 year, I then had the mission to support women and mixed teams in their entrepreneurial journey and to show them that yes, it is possible!
I then continued my career within the company ilek, a 100% French renewable energy provider, as Head of CSR and Corporate Culture.

Today, I continue this mission alongside the development of my freelance activity. I like challenges :) Everything related to business strategy, commercial development, and business creation appeals to me. Through my various experiences, I have acquired skills in communication and social media management. I have now become an expert in the art of building business plans, supporting business creation and development, as well as implementing CSR strategies.

I am also trained in facilitating the Climate Fresk, which I would be happy to facilitate in person or remotely.
