About Eléa

💡 You have an idea, a product, or a redesign… but:

  • You are not sure what your users really want
  • Your UX approach is fragile or too dependent on developers
  • Prototypes arrive too late or remain at the static mockup stage
  • Your interfaces lack engagement, fluidity, or consistency
  • Innovation stagnates due to a lack of ideation workshops, prototyping, or rapid testing

👉 This is where I come in: I get my hands dirty to transform your ideas into concrete, testable, and user-value-oriented prototypes. My role: to accelerate the transition from intuition to product, even in unclear or unstable contexts.

✨ Who I am:

Independent designer, at the intersection of UX, prototyping, and product strategy.

I help teams clear the fog, build quickly, and test without delay. I believe a prototype is worth 100 slides, and field testing is worth more than an endless debate in meetings.

🛠️ My playgrounds:

  • UX Research & Design: explore, audit, map, wireframe, test
  • Prototyping: interactive interfaces, hybrid objects (physical + digital), rapid iterations
  • Workshops & sprints: ideation, co-design, design sprint, creative tensioning
  • Product strategy: clear framing, pragmatic governance, team coaching
  • Knowledge transfer: train, equip, empower teams

🎯 How I intervene:

  • Flash mission: audit + recommendations (5 to 10 days)
  • Product/UX Sprint: 1 to 3 weeks to unblock a key issue through prototyping
  • Long-term support: UX structuring, product coaching (3 to 12 months)
  • Workshops: practical, participatory, always tailor-made

🤝 Let's talk about it!

Whether you are at the idea stage, undergoing a redesign, or facing a product blockage, I help you get your concepts into users' hands quickly – to learn, adjust, and move forward faster.

👉 Write to me. I respond quickly, even for an exploratory chat.

Production organization: Planning and structuring of assembly operations. Creation of BOM lists, assembly procedures, and technical documents for internal teams and external partners.

Supervision: Training and management of a team of 5 workshop assemblers, task coordination, and skill development.

Logistics and setup: Organization of the workshop's relocation and setup of production in two new locations, optimization of workflows and storage.

Continuous improvement: Optimization of production processes, formalization of assembly lines, implementation of quality control systems to ensure the reliability and performance of the machines.

UX Design & User Research: Conducting in-store field surveys to observe user interaction with the terminal, identify friction points, and reveal strengths. Analysis of insights to feed a continuous improvement process focused on user experience.
