Rakuten France is a French e-commerce marketplace. As a Product Designer, I design experiences for the web and mobile Merchant Center, used by sellers to manage their daily business, with an AI-augmented design workflow (rapid prototyping, concept generation and iteration).

- Redesign of the logistics service: inventory submission process, stock management, and logistics order tracking.

- Design of a self-service coupon creation tool to allow sellers to manage their promotions autonomously.

- Modernization of the order management service and design of a claim management service to structure and simplify their processing.

Fleet is a platform that allows companies to rent, manage, and oversee their IT assets. As a Product Designer at Fleet for the Retention squad, I work on global customer loyalty through the improvement of several platform views.

Here are the different projects I led using the double diamond methodology:

- Improvement of the order process (modifying procedures to facilitate the work of delivery teams and modifying the external experience to streamline ordering).

- Improvement of the renewal process with new options (simplifying the end-of-contract choice process with the integration of the return label printing process).

- Improvement of the support/order and employee page with the new Design System.

Project carried out during The Design Crew training as a trio, from Discovery to Delivery. Introduction of a new page called "Highlights" in order to increase employee engagement.

- User research to redefine the problem

- Ideation phase and prioritization of the solutions

- Prototyping the homepage and the new page "Highlight"

- User Testing to know the user's perspective

- Iteration of the solution with modifications following the tests
