    I guide directors, managers, and team leaders in manufacturing companies with leadership coaching, team development, and organizational change.

    With 25+ years of experience, having grown up in an entrepreneurial family in the manufacturing industry and having worked in the sector myself for years, I know the language and dynamics from the inside.

    Leadership coaching is central to me. Not as a project or training, but as a foundation. Because the work is about people — about what lies beneath behavior, decisions, and collaboration. About who you are as a leader, what holds you back, and where movement can arise again.

    For manufacturing companies where things are starting to creak. Where collaboration doesn't happen naturally. Where generations, cultures, or departments don't always understand each other well. Where the distance between directors, management, and the shop floor has become greater than desirable. Or where leaders feel: we work hard, but there's something underneath that we're not discussing well enough yet.

    No standard program. Every manufacturing company has its own history, people, dynamics, and undercurrent. A management team asks for something different than team leaders on the floor. And what gets stuck is rarely just in a schedule, process, or organizational chart. It's also in behavior, expectations, collaboration, and in what is not always said out loud.
