CTO as a Consultant - Machine Learning and AI consultant (PhD) - Technology and new product development strategy in the market.

**CTO Consultant**: I support companies and leaders in defining the strategy and structure of technology and product development teams. I work with teams to implement data-driven projects at both operational and strategic levels: using machine learning as a tool to meet business needs with a real return on investment.

**PhD in Machine Learning**: For highly technical machine learning projects, I contribute my expertise by developing prediction algorithms. As a data scientist by training, with a PhD in machine learning, I have both a technical and global view of data science and machine learning. From a technical standpoint, I have participated in projects involving automatic image recognition and signal processing, and in GenAI (Generative AI).

I manage teams developing products, applications (Web and Mobile), and prediction algorithms. We have developed analytics and dataviz tools in the form of web apps.

I have particular expertise in the biotechnology sector (from medical to plant) and in marketplaces (real estate and human resources), and specifically in processing and analyzing data from these fields.
