With over 12 years of experience across Australia, Japan and South Korea, I've designed and delivered leadership programs, organisational development initiatives, and culture transformation work for consumer, wellness, fashion, retail and professional services brands.

Most recently I led L&D and People & Culture at Swisse Wellness (H&H Group), where I built and facilitated programs across a complex, multi-market organisation with a diverse international workforce.
