Main responsibilities of the position:

Define prescriptive aspects with the Energy Mission for:

• Monitoring programmable works within the framework of the regional framework agreement for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

• Monitoring designated construction sites for Energy Performance Improvement.

• Managing crisis situations during incidents causing heating or domestic hot water supply disruptions.

• Monitoring works related to Radon issues.

• Monitoring works related to water sanitary quality (Legionella).

• Drafting regional standard specifications in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

• Conduct technical and thermal studies

• Perform thermal modeling,

• Design and conduct thermal characterization tests,

• Analyze test results,

• Estimate and minimize installation costs,

• Write specifications,

• Oversee construction work,

• Ensure installations are not a source of pollution and comply with thermal regulations,

• Propose the most suitable technologies to the client,

• Assume a sales role.
