I help engineering teams and founders design, build, and stabilize production systems that hold up under real users. Over a decade in backend and full-stack architecture, and for the last two years AI-native: I build agents, MCP, and modern tooling into how systems get designed, written, and operated.

What makes me useful: anyone can get a demo working now, few can keep it running. I bring the production discipline that decides whether a product survives, real tests against real databases, migrations with rollback, monitoring and backups you have actually restored from, and CI/CD on every push. I own any layer, from domain modeling and API design to Kubernetes and observability, and I document what I build so your team can carry it.

Proof: I run an independent practice of live systems, including an 11-service Kotlin/Spring Boot platform in production since 2025 (574 API endpoints) and an EU-hosted identity service with a published SDK and an MCP server for AI agents (129 routes, 296 tests). Earlier, at a German B2B SaaS company, I led the decomposition of a monolith into 12 microservices serving 50+ tenants.
