Preparation of the annual financial reporting for 2025 and Q1 2026 reporting;

Monitoring and management of unpaid accounts;

Preparation of banking, accounting, and legal files for approved partners;

Monitoring of commercial management;

Balance sheet analysis and financial diagnosis;

Occasional control of financial management;

Implementation of management, organization, and financial steering solutions;

Evaluation of project profitability and establishment of ROI.

Encoding and monitoring of accounting documents, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and financial transactions. Performing bank reconciliations, participating in the preparation of balance sheets, and preparing the necessary documents for filing annual accounts with the National Bank of Belgium — BNB.
