Development of a €4 billion+ 1.4GW offshore wind farm which will be Ireland's largest. A complex project due to the immaturity of the Irish market, evolving regulatory and consenting requirements and challenges around grid connection and supply chain. Responsibility for project management and technical engineering delivery across WTGs, foundations, offshore & onshore substations, cables and grid tie-ins.

• • Development of engineering design and cost modelling to support successful award in the Irish auction process (ORESS)

• • Implementation of project systems and processes for technical governance and design development

• • Tendering, contract placement and management of tier 1 package contractors

• • Business modeling, wind yield assessment and commercial controls

• • Facilitation of environmental impact assessment and planning consent application

Project management of offshore wind projects in Europe and Asia, including WTG foundations and offshore substations. Business

development, tendering and client management as the team lead and company representative for Scotland.

• • Multi-disciplinary design of monopile and jacket foundations

• • Early stage site feasibility, assessment and conceptual studies for future leasing rounds

• • Offshore substation jackets and topsides

• • Internal and external stakeholder management

• • Line management accountability for 30+ direct reports

• • Responsibility for certification and regulatory design approval

• • Fabrication, transportation and installation EPC contract support
