Responsibilities:

- AI & Data Training: (Creation and monitoring of an AI and Generative AI acculturation program with a target audience of 70k people)
Creation of an e-learning training program with 6 modules (AI Awareness, Prompt Engineering, Responsible AI, Data Catalogue, Reference Data, Data Quality)
AI & Prompt Engineering Trainer: 500 people trained in person and in virtual classes.
Co-design of AI training for group talents (1000 talents per year)
Co-design of Data & AI training for Product Owners
Launch of certification programs (+170 certifications in two months)

- Product Change Management:
Support project teams in deploying a change methodology (PROSCI) to ensure the adoption of Data/AI projects. Creation of a change management toolkit.
Organization of a multi-site Data hackathon for 50 people to accelerate product development.

- Event/Workshop Management:
Organization of Design Thinking workshops for COMEX members
