Mécénat Public Privé advises and supports public actors engaged in their fundraising efforts.

We provide a source of funding for projects led by public actors (hospitals, nursing homes, universities, local authorities, fire departments, associations, etc.), by involving local private partners, through patronage, as well as by responding to calls for projects, both public and private, for which the organization is eligible.

In parallel, we advise and support economic actors who wish to engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR), reinforced by the PACTE law, by highlighting their commitments to society.

Responsibilities:

• Legal and financial advice and support in implementing patronage strategies

• Definition of public interest projects

• Prospecting campaigns

• Promotion of projects and donations (articles, videos, visuals)

• Response to public and private calls for projects

• Relational and digital marketing

• Mobilization communication

• Management of patronage clubs

• Training for elected officials and public actors, as well as for companies and students from higher education institutions

Teaching of public finance

City of Paris: annual budget of nearly 10 billion euros (8 billion euros for operations and 1.7 billion euros for investment).

Within the budget sub-directorate of the Finance Department, I was responsible for financial and legal analysis, coordination, and advice for the economic development and employment integration policies of the City of Paris:

• Preparation of the City's budget and monitoring of expenditure and revenue execution in the following areas: Employment, Social and Solidarity Economy, Tourism, Attractiveness, Innovation, Research, Student Life, University Institutions, Major Events and Fairs, Commerce and Markets (€70 million in operations and €100 million in investment).

• Financial monitoring of economic operators in these areas (Mission locale de Paris, Ensemble Paris Emploi Compétences (EPEC), École Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles (ESPCI) de la ville de Paris, Forum des Images - TUMO Paris, Paris & Co, Office du Tourisme et des Congrès de Paris (OTCP), etc.).

• Participation in the development of the City of Paris's support plan, as part of the Covid-19 crisis, for economic, associative, and cultural actors (€200 million).

• Monitoring of co-financing from the European Social Fund (ESF) for employment and employment integration policies.
