- exchange among experts on in-depth reflections (e.g., evolution of job descriptions, "agile contracting", "How to mix UX and Agile approaches",...)

- raising awareness about new organizational forms to top management (e.g., "agility at scale") and to employees (e.g., "Scrum Ban, a model for managing BUILD and RUN")

- training employees in person or remotely (e.g., "Discover the agile mindset", "Get acquainted with SAFe",...)

- follow/lead conferences on the theme of agility and lean (and provide internal feedback)

- Conducting audits of "Agile" practices maturity

- Supporting project transformation towards Agile-Lean organizations (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS,...)

- Various coaching missions for organizations and specific roles (Scrum Master, RTE, Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager): awareness, training, expertise/consulting, facilitation, mentoring, individual, team, or department coaching

- Facilitation of program-level ceremonies (PI planning, I&A workshop, System demo,...) and/or team-level ceremonies (daily meeting, retrospective, etc.)

- Implementation of continuous improvement loops (Kaizen) and problem-solving workshops (A3 sheet, Ishikawa, 5S, Pareto, flow diagram,...)

- Implementation of "management 3.0" mindset tools (Moving Motivator, OKR, Delegation Poker, etc.)

- "Agile" Evangelist: Dissemination of best practices and Lean, Agile, UX, and DevOps cultures

- Consulting on product development strategy (agile modeling: MVP strategy, Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Personas, Experience Map, UX Workshops,...)
