The Public and Digital Services Branch (BGPN) of the La Poste group, with its 50,000 employees, is responsible for the development of La Poste's online digital services. This digital transformation offers services such as package tracking, a marketplace, and digital stamps, accessible on laposte.fr and via the mobile app.

In an agile environment, I joined a team of four automation engineers to automate non-regression tests and end-to-end tests for the La Poste website, thereby contributing to ensuring the stability and quality of its digital services.

As an Automation QA Tester, my responsibilities included:

• Scripting and maintaining desktop and mobile automated tests in WebdriverIO format

• Running automated test suites and analyzing results

• Conducting a feasibility study for implementing webservice tests with Postman

• Developing and maintaining webservice tests

This experience was gained during my permanent contract at Henix, which lasted 5 years.

La Poste is a French group that, in addition to its mail and package delivery services, invests in banking, digital, and logistics services. Within its IT Services Department (i-TEAM), with 1,000 employees, La Poste manages the group's IT infrastructure and transversal services, covering cybersecurity, cloud, hosting, and application maintenance for HR, finance, and support functions.

I joined the i-TEAM team to implement an automation framework for 4 applications related to the group's purchasing and finance.

As an Automation QA Tester, my responsibilities included:

• Development of Robot Framework automated test scripts for four different projects.

• Conducting a POC based on a pre-selected test scenario.

• Industrializing test campaigns via Sqaush TM/Squash AUTOM

• Conducting lessons learned during development phases

• QA support/training on Squash TM best practices

This experience was gained during my permanent contract at Henix, which lasted 5 years.

The GIP-MDS is a public interest group specializing in the management and security of social data. It notably oversees the development of solutions such as the Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN), facilitating the processing of social information for businesses and administrations in France.

After a successful first assignment at GIP-MDS, the client contacted me again for a new mission. I then joined the integration team, composed of four integrators, each responsible for their application scope. My mission was to ensure the technical acceptance of new versions of seven key applications in the information system, as well as their deployment on various test and production environments.

As a Technical QA Integrator/Tester, my responsibilities included:

• Deployment of different versions of a park of 7 applications on environments (test, metrology, pre-production, production).

• Review and validation of technical documents (technical design files, technical integration files, installation files).

• Writing and execution of technical tests.

• Reporting and monitoring of technical anomalies.

• Technical support for the various teams.
