GKE supports technical teams and their decision-makers in their transformation: adoption of new tools, evolution of development practices, and collective skill development. We intervene in pairs (technical expertise + business vision) to embed lasting change in tech culture. Our formats range from discovery sprints to long-term support of 2 to 3 months, working directly on our clients' real projects. Dual approach: improving developers' skills and aligning decision-makers on technical challenges.

Directed a Business Unit at Epitech, a computer science school with 15 campuses in France. Managed student recruitment strategy, developed educational programs, and launched Epitech Academy, a free program of technical workshops for high school and university students. Designed and deployed workshops (cybersecurity, data visualization, game development). Aligned business objectives with pedagogical and technical innovation. Managed the recruitment pipeline via Salesforce.
