On assignment since Sept. 2021, at one of Europe's leading discount retailers, as a transition manager

• Organization of Back Office domain teams

• Reorganization of the process and methodological approach: Implementation of tools, deliverables, and "soft skills" approaches for the teams

• IT management for the Company's business domains: execution of numerous development projects with significant impacts on business functions.

• Management of major projects: The SIRH Pléiade was successfully completed, with 50% gains in employee management and a reduction of over 40% in handling and exchanges for all employees in their HR processes.
