Description

Arts et Métiers engineer, I spent my first 10 years of professional life managing projects in the energy sector. From project engineer in nickel mines in Nouméa, I became Project Manager on oil platforms and then project director of an offshore wind farm. I have therefore had the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, schedules, budgets and high-stakes contracts.

In 2015, I decided to use my experience to help SMEs and mid-sized companies improve their operational and financial performance by combining the economic and human challenges of the company. Specifically, I help them structure the operation of their teams to make them more autonomous and mobilized, thus enabling sustainable growth of the company.
