To help Kering's teams solve their production issues, I created a specific support program in the form of training for 10 people (Data Scientist + Engineering profiles).

With:
- Needs audit and identification of specific issues
- Creation of materials/practical exercises
- Training + Q&A on the issues
- Activities/games on various database issues
- Troubleshooting of production problems at Kering to improve their data architecture and increase performance.

Note: This service was provided in collaboration with On Train. Although I don't usually provide training, I embraced this challenge with enthusiasm to address a complex problem that fascinates me.

Rainbooh is an advertising network in the form of a marketplace: We find advertisers and offer our partners advertisements in exchange for remuneration. In this context, I had to imagine and design solutions alone for:
- The driver relationship management platform (with custom development for onboarding, market automation)
- The advertising campaign management platform
- The creation of a digital retargeting offer (geo-targeted to mobile with a partnership with Azerion)
- Developing an iOS/Android app to allow partners to manage their campaigns (and automate our ops team: e.g., a campaign for 100 ads goes into overbooking in less than 30 minutes)
- GPS tracking on over 100 million monthly requests
- BI reporting + map
- Data science for passenger flow research (+ a freelance data scientist)
- Creation of an invoicing solution for self-billing
