Development of a model to calculate full remuneration packages for cabin crew members and pilots, by grade and by country. Creation of a frequency function generating temporary cubes via MDX TopCount queries to identify the most common remuneration patterns. The main objective was to enable effective comparisons of crew remuneration between countries, including variable components and excluding employees who had not received the normal remuneration corresponding to their grade over the last 12 months.

Crew Finance FTE Model: Design of a single source of truth for FTEs in the crew community (operational, payroll, and targets), integrating budget data, forecasts, and surplus/deficit variance tracking, with detailed comments. Development of TM1 rules, including non-null average calculations and productivity indicators.

Direct Operating Costs Model: Automation of the calculation of cost per passenger transported and per flight segment, for airport fees and ground handling costs. Development of a Workspace interface to add new charges and automatically send the CSV file by email.

Model to calculate sectors pay.

Model for Inflight and Last Mile provider budget.

Short-term contract to support the deployment of a new TechTarget TM1 instance.

Development of TM1 Web reports from the GL Toro cube (US GAAP standards), ensuring consistency with existing reporting standards.

Improvement of the P&L Input Web report by adding automatic cost center selection, based on profit center attributes in the MDX list of cost centers.

Optimization of the "Executive Summary" report by integrating gross margin percentage (GP%) and an analysis of variances in absolute value and percentage.

Customization of the TM1 Web homepage with links to favorite reports specific to each user, to improve navigation and experience. Favorite reports were extracted via Turbo Integrator using an MDX TopCount on the report lookup cube.
