Creation of a SARL of 7 people with a partner. It is a creative studio specializing in merchandising (POS and furniture in distribution networks). I recruited the team of graphic designers. I directed the creation of POS (3d image) and I supervised the graphic production with the team of model makers: respect of deadlines and quality. Created in 2009, Newlab is a success and announces a turnover of €720k in 2010. I directed the creation with the advertisers: Richemont, L'oréal, LVMH, BPI, PUIG, P&G prestige division, ELCO. I worked on the brands: Cartier, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Biotherm, Dior, Guerlain, Issey Miyake, Jean Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, Bourjois, Estée Lauder, Clinique.
