My passion is to work together towards a common goal while also supporting the development of everyone involved. Creating something new and/or advancing existing endeavors, along with diverse environments and people, is what drives me and gives me the necessary energy.

As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Project Management Strategy Consultant, I possess profound expertise in implementing and coaching agile frameworks, as well as in establishing, coordinating, and supporting the processes required for various applications of project management. This is based not only on my extensive experience in guiding numerous organizations and teams in adopting agile ways of working but also on leading large IT and organizational projects and programs, as well as planning, implementing, and managing PMOs.

Due to my outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, I am adept at successfully integrating team members and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders – even in stressful situations. My consistent positive successes are also attributable to my strong analytical and planning abilities, as well as my highly structured, efficient, and results- and team-oriented approach.
