My role was to enhance, through audiovisual productions, the work of the Louis Vuitton Repair Workshops for other departments of the company, as well as to establish a communication strategy to train Client Advisors in product repair in-store.

- Project management for video tutorials to increase the expertise of international Vuitton stores in repair.

- Conception, shooting, editing, and launching of videos on internal platforms.

- Involvement in the organization of the Design to Last event (330 participants over 3 days) aimed at raising awareness among the House's Designers about repairability. On-site audiovisual coverage of the event.

- Development of the specifications for a video project intended to inform Vuitton store managers and international store advisors.
