In January 2021, after 15 years of activity in training centers and HR firms, I decided to create SRF Conseils.

I am certified as a Qualiopi auditor by 3 certification bodies.

I have conducted approximately 160 audits to date, across all 4 action categories.

In 2023, I completed a 3-month training program to support organizations wishing to apply for the registration of their certifications with France Compétences.

Projects for which I offer my services:

1)

► Deployment and maintenance of Qualiopi certification for training professionals:

- Decoding indicators

- Co-construction of evidence for each indicator

- Conducting mock audits

- Preparation for surveillance audits

2)

► RS/RNCP Certification Engineering:

- Conducting a feasibility study and associated recommendations

- Co-construction of deliverables: opportunity note, activity frameworks, skills frameworks, examination regulations... (complete or partial engineering according to your needs)

- Audit of the file before submission

► Training courses:

- "Qualiopi: general characteristics of the framework (structure and logic, objectives) and decoding of certain indicators" - 7 hours

- "Understanding the registration criteria for professional certification in the RNCP and the expectations of France Compétences" - 7 hours
