• HR governance: management of annual reviews, skills development plan, implementation of processes and scoping interviews.

• Qualiopi audits: preparation and coordination of initial, surveillance, and renewal audits, mobilization of pedagogical teams on RNQ (7 criteria, 32 indicators).

• Specific programs & training: management of POE / PRF / AFC / FMD replacing the referent, job search coaching, webinars on inclusion and diversity in IT professions.

• Sourcing & direct approach: management of recruitment for the Bordeaux / DOM TOM agency, direct approach strategies and proactive sourcing.

• Employer branding: organization and animation of events (career fairs, after-works) to attract talent.
