We designed and deployed a comprehensive multi-channel acquisition and conversion strategy, engineered to maximize performance on a 5-Day Challenge / Webinar model. The system integrated all market best practices: A/B tested advertising campaigns, landing page optimization, high-performing ad scripts and VSLs, nurturing and show-up boost automations, personalized follow-up sequences (email, WhatsApp, SMS), and a complete sales organization (setting, closing, and CO team). A global, measurable, and perfectly orchestrated approach that achieved engagement and conversion rates significantly above the industry average.

Creation of a multi-channel B2B acquisition system combining outbound, Meta Ads, and CRM automation to generate a continuous flow of qualified leads. The approach was based on fine segmentation, automated follow-up sequences, and a high-performing nurturing strategy. Result: a consistently full sales calendar and the necessary hiring to keep up with growth.
