Dylan Rodriguez

I am an architect and manager at DRZ Architecture, an agency I founded to develop my own projects and structure an architectural practice that is both rigorous and committed.

My work focuses on rehabilitation, roof extensions, extensions, heritage, housing, intervention on existing structures, with particular attention to context, materiality, and the accuracy of the responses provided.

Before creating DRZ Architecture, I worked as a project assistant at Maden Architecture, an agency specializing in historical monuments.

I participated in projects of various scales, ranging from the restoration of churches to more complex operations, such as the major rehabilitation of 18th-century castles.

This experience allowed me to work with both listed or registered monuments and unprotected heritage, and to develop a fine understanding of the challenges related to intervening on existing structures.

I also worked at the 2BDM agency, specializing in historical monuments, where I continued my experience on heritage restoration and rehabilitation projects.

This allowed me to consolidate my practice on existing structures and deepen my understanding of interventions in heritage contexts.
