Dylan knows his job well. before launching production, he reviewed the necessary processes for migrating a Youtrack platform. he didn't know the tool, so he took the initiative to do a test run beforehand to gain skills. During production, we encountered several configuration problems, the installation had not been documented. Again, by working professionally, he took a 360-degree view of the project, studying the problem from all angles.
