- Coordination and support of a team of 2 React developers on the project, organization of workshops to present libraries, technology choice meetings, meetings with the product team, coordination with the Back-End squad, synchronization meetings with the testing team, workshops with designers.

- Creation, for the "Planning" part, of a library of interactive and customizable Gantt charts, allowing the movement of bars representing work periods for a resource (employee or temporary worker), as well as linking and organizing them in a tree structure. It was imperative to ensure good performance, as there could be a lot of data, which required the implementation of pagination and virtualization.

- Creation of a feature to obtain a simplified version of the "Planning" in PDF format.

- Creation of a workload plan summarizing, half-day by half-day, the Gantt part of the "Planning", thus allowing a quick visualization of how many painters are working on the site at a given time.

- Participation in the creation of the "Calendar", which displays key events in a calendar format, derived from actions performed in the "Planning" part via the Gantt with the Full Calendar library.

- Use of Server-Sent Events to make the entire application collaborative, so that a user is notified when modifications are being made by another user at the same time.

- Development of numerous components for the Design System based on Figma mockups. Each component was accessible, easy to use, based on widely used industry patterns, optimized to not slow down the application, and unit tested.

- Functional testing of the App.

- Transfer of acquired technical knowledge, documentation, list of points for improvement, and occasional support after the end of my main mission.

- Creation of key features in the Shapr application, such as the premium funnel, profile swiping, and part of the messaging system.

- Workshop presenting technologies to the technical team to update the technical solutions used.

- Technical workshops to strengthen the team's skills.

- Creation of an internal PWA allowing marketing teams to target users via complex filters for advertising campaigns.

- Creation of React components for the Design System (over 15 components) in close collaboration with the designer. The components are easy to use, accessible, and performant. Each component's functionality has been tested with a series of unit tests.

- Implementation of CI, as well as the deployment of WebApps on Firebase.

- Coordination and support of a team of 2 React developers on the project, organization of meetings with the client and the ESN's technical team, as well as upskilling the technical team through pair programming and presentations of best practices.

- Creation of the project structure, technology choices, and CI.

- Creation of a gift voucher sales funnel with complex calculation rules, promo codes, and special discounts in React Native Web.

- Creation of React components for the Design System from Zeplin mockups, and rapid iterations after client feedback from user testing. The components are easy to use, accessible, and performant. Each component's functionality has been tested with a series of unit tests.
