Dulce Martínez

At Oliver Agency, I was part of the in-house team for Diageo Southern Europe as Design Lead, working on campaigns for brands like Baileys, Tanqueray, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, and Don Julio, continuously participating in social media, digital platforms, and e-commerce projects, with a focus on art direction and production.

Later, I took on the role of Design Director for easyJet Europe, guiding a team of designers and managing the airline's large-scale production, as well as the application and evolution of its visual systems across multiple touchpoints. My work combined a hands-on approach with coordination and management responsibilities in an agile, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

During my time at Publicis Groupe, I was part of the Mercedes-Benz creative hub, where I worked as Art Director on various campaigns, developing content for social media, landing pages, CRM, and media plans. The scope and quality of the work allowed us to consolidate as an international hub for Southern Europe, from which we created all content and creative materials for dealerships, as well as proposing and adapting specific campaigns for different markets.

In parallel, I had the opportunity to collaborate on other agency accounts such as Samsung, Springfield, L’Oréal, and Carrefour, contributing art direction and creative support.

I worked as Art Director for clients such as Amazon, Nylon's, DLF, Gaana, and Columbia, developing creative ideas from briefs and contributing to the definition of brand guidelines. I designed print and digital materials based on established visual systems and supervised final deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
