The digitalization / dematerialization process involves defining a processing chain from the outgoing mail stage of the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or P2P (e.g., Ivalua) with the generation of preliminary customer information (e.g., order number, customer number, ...) to the scanning and processing of "all-incoming" mail and return mail containing outgoing data to reconcile and finalize the business process.

In the context of the invoice processing project, the invoice contains several pieces of information to identify, including the order number generated by the order management system. A business process has been defined to process and reconcile the invoice with internal data to validate payment. Invoices are finally archived in the electronic vault in compliance with the faithful copy standard.

The project manager's mission includes:
