Description

After more than 10 years in software engineering, I have built my experience between startups and more structured environments. Both of these contexts have taught me very different things: on one hand speed, the ability to deliver quickly and adapt, on the other rigor, scalability, and system robustness.

I co-founded Standup Alice (sold to Complete XRM), an experience that has taken me far beyond the role of a developer. There, I learned to make technical decisions with real business constraints: prioritizing, iterating quickly, but also anticipating scaling issues.

Today, I work on projects with real stakes: launching a product, stabilizing an architecture, or supporting a scale-up. I am particularly comfortable in contexts where it is necessary to structure without slowing down, improve without breaking everything, and find the right balance between speed and quality.

Technically, I work primarily with Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, React, and Angular, with a strong focus on architecture, microservices, cloud, and DevOps. I also place great importance on maintainability and simplicity: a good solution is not necessarily the most complex one.

What my clients appreciate is my ability to become autonomous quickly, understand product challenges, and propose concrete solutions, not just code.
