Within RESG/GTS, the entity responsible for Société Générale's IT infrastructure, assisting with budget management for the IAAS (Infrastructure As A Service) and DWS (Digital Workplace Services) departments, covering a multi-million financial scope.

Reporting to the COO department, I operate between strategy and delivery.

- Management of the budget process (annual budget, reforecast, landing);

- •Monitoring of actuals, analysis of variances (actual vs. budget/forecast) and implementation of corrective actions;

- Monitoring and analysis of quarterly closings;

- Monitoring of key performance indicators (financial and operational KPIs);

- Monitoring of savings and Business Cases;

- •Management of the headcount and FTE trajectory;

- Preparation and facilitation of investment committees;

- Implementation and continuous improvement of management tools (Advanced Excel, BI);

- Contribution to the optimization of financial processes and internal control.

- Production of financial analyses for management;

- Structuring and coordination of complex issues between different departments;

- Training of teams and dissemination of best practices;

- Coordination of cross-functional teams (France, India, Romania).

Within the Operations Department of the group (COO), managing a portfolio of about thirty IT projects, representing an annual financial volume of approximately €80 million.

- Construction of the 5-year strategic project plan: Capture, consolidation, prioritization, and arbitration of projects

- Monitoring of actuals and analysis of deviations;

- Management of governance and processes;

- Continuous improvement of management tools;

- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs;

- Risk management;

- Monitoring of Business Cases and savings plans;

- Reporting to the Board level;

- Support for project managers;

- Management of project documentation.

- Calculation of allocation keys from technical inventories;
