1-Product Manager

**Context**: Complete redesign of a high-usage survey tool (10,000 users, 1000 surveys/month).

Team: UX designer, front-end/back-end developers, technical architects).

Definition of product vision and business objectives in alignment with internal stakeholders (marketing team, management, customer support).
Analysis of user needs through workshops, surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Co-creation of user journeys and prototypes with the UX designer to optimize engagement and conversion.
Product roadmap management: prioritizing features based on business value and technical constraints.
Writing user stories and managing the backlog (Jira, Confluence).
Monitoring post-delivery KPIs: adoption, survey success rates, user feedback.
Regular communication with top management: roadmap presentations, deliverables, and product performance reporting.

2-Digital Project Manager

**Context**: Management of the BNP Paribas Group Intranet (300k international users).
Team: Initially a pair, then solo on the business side, with 1 developer and 1 technical project manager.
Business project management: bug fixing, new features, QA, etc.
Facilitation of an international "correspondent" community (200 contacts, 30 nationalities).
User support (advice, bug reporting, personalized assistance).
Training on tool usage (4-hour sessions in French or English as needed).
