Independent Exclusive Consultant- Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation & Business Systems Interim Executive Leadership

• Lead interim executive mandates and business transformation programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and advanced manufacturing organizations, driving operational performance and organizational effectiveness. • Deploy Lean Enterprise, Operational Excellence, Business Systems, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, delivery, and profitability.

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives including KPI governance, digitalization, automation, CAPEX programs, and multi-site operational excellence transformations

• • Build and lead high-performing global teams: Scaling and development of over 80 experts (CI & IT experts, process engineers, project managers), fostering a data-driven innovation and Lean culture (Gemba)

• • Design and implement global technology vision & roadmap: + €220 million across more than 7 global sites, focusing on digital transformation (Industry 4.0), sustainability (ESG) and operational excellence

• • Drive innovation for efficiency and cost leadership: through product and process innovations (LCM, Bioprocessing, Waste-to-Energy), with 15% efficiency increase, 12% annual reduction in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

• • Lead automation and IoT initiatives: (MES, AGVs, Electrification); +35% throughput, -18% energy consumption, increase in OTIF rate to 95% and improvement of safety and ESG metrics

• • Transformation of Engineering and R&D services: Optimization of design cycles and technology transfer; -20% Time-to-Market for 25+ regulated product lines (GMP, ISO 13485/9001/50001).

• • Overall responsibility for the production site/Jaszbereny in Hungary (318 employees): Management according to SQDC & EHS criteria, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HSE and Budget >€100 million

• • Rollout and implementation of the Dometic Production System (DPS) and the Danaher Business System at 12 EMEA sites; standardization of operational processes.

• • Increase in EBIT margin from 12.1% to 13.1% through targeted Operational Excellence measures

• • Introduction of advanced Lean methods (JIT, SMED, 6S, Kaizen); +30% productivity, -40% operational losses.

• • Coaching of site management in leadership, time, task, and budget management for efficiency improvement.
