9 years of experience at the heart of industry and decarbonization at Decathlon. My background is that of a field engineer who became a Sustainable Development Director (SD Director). This dual role allows me to go beyond carbon theory and translate environmental impact into industrial and economic realities.

At Decathlon, I had the opportunity to lead environmental transition through numerous large-scale projects:

Development of custom Emission Factors (EF): Creation of highly accurate calculation models for our own manufacturing processes and raw materials, moving beyond generic databases to manage Scope 3.

LCA modeling & PEF Deployment: Life Cycle Assessment mapping for hundreds of product references to prepare teams for European environmental labeling.

Eco-design & Industrialization: Supporting component engineers and designers from the drawing board to mass production in factories.

Supply Chain Management and Engagement: Carbon auditing and direct collaboration with our international suppliers to collect reliable primary data.
