Dorit Sauer

I had the opportunity to work with Dorit as a consultant and facilitator in a session on health and safety, a particularly demanding experience as it involved a format with a very defined narrative and methodological design, where the quality of execution is key. From the very beginning, she stood out for her commitment and responsibility. She took on the pre-session training process with great dedication, preparing herself thoroughly to understand both the content and the dynamics of the sessions. Her attitude was always professional, rigorous, and focused on offering the best possible experience to the participants. During the execution of the two-hour session with a group of about 50 people, she demonstrated excellent facilitation skills, managing the dynamics with confidence, naturalness, and sensitivity towards the group. She managed to maintain the attention and participation of the attendees, respecting the design of the experience and competently adapting to the needs that arose. In addition to her punctuality and reliability, I want to highlight her collaborative attitude, her proactiveness, and her desire to add value. She is a conscious and committed individual with a great capacity for teamwork, building trust, and contributing to the project's success. It has been a pleasure working with her, and I would not hesitate to collaborate with her again on future projects.
