Econocom Exit Program - The program involves migrating software assets from external hosting to internal hosting or SaaS. A high-visibility program with significant stakes in IT cost control and cybersecurity risk mitigation. Within this mission, I acted as interim Program Director until 5 project managers were recruited, while simultaneously managing 3 projects: a SaaS migration, an application migration to the cloud, and a workflow migration.

Napoli Program on the nesting project following the acquisition of Neuflize Vie. I managed the migration of the document archiving process to the internal GED.

Project Manager within the WORKPLACE team. The OneAD project (TRUST link cut) involved two major phases: the migration of users and their workstations, followed by the migration of servers and applications internationally. This high-visibility project was part of a complex and highly strategic environment. I was in charge of a team of 7 people, composed of project managers and Active Directory (AD) experts. An IS with 3 domain names and an industrial domain.

FRPS Program - Within the CARDIF entity, my mission is to ensure the end-to-end deployment of the FRPS regulatory program (PERIN, MADELIN, etc.), which involves transferring contracts to a new legal entity of BNP called CARDIF RETRAITE. The Program consists of 5 projects involving application evolutions and the implementation of CFT with a PGP layer (encrypted flows). The program is deadline-driven with a strategic dimension. Presented to the Major Project Committee with high visibility within the BNP Group.

Project YOGA - Following the acquisition of Crédit du Nord by Société Générale, the project involves opening a new gateway between Société Générale and BNP, as all Crédit du Nord contracts were subscribed with CARDIF.
